  • Data-Driven Clinic Design
    Following the selection of your target area, we will conduct a comprehensive health assessment survey to develop a precise demographic health profile, guiding the optimized design and establishment of the clinic.
  • Performance and KPI Reporting
    We will provide a semi-annual nonfinancial audit report, documenting project milestones, community impact, and a brief analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).
