Our Team

Muhadis – Director

My role at NEW is focused on execution — turning our ideas into structured projects and ensuring they run smoothly on the ground. For me, the most fulfilling part of our work is seeing the tangible outcomes of our efforts and the ripple effect they create in local communities. NEW is more than an organization; it’s a movement of youth coming together for good.

Jawwad – CEO & Director

I founded NEW with the goal of turning meaningful dialogue into concrete action. At NEW, I’m involved in project planning, organizational decisions, and engaging with communities to ensure our efforts are both relevant and responsive. It’s been inspiring to work alongside a team that leads with both passion and purpose.

Ali – Director

As one of the Directors of NEW, my vision was simple: to create a space where students and interested people could turn their ideas into real impact. Over the past few years, I’ve seen our team grow in strength, resilience, and purpose. I believe that our youth are capable of extraordinary things when given the right platform, and NEW is our way of proving that every day.

About Us

Founded in September 2020, we are a cohesive organization committed to creating sustainable, grassroots impact across Pakistan. Born from a passion for meaningful change, our diverse team leads initiatives aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), tackling real-world challenges with creativity, empathy, and action.

From community outreach and education programs to climate action and health awareness campaigns, we’ve engaged hundreds of young volunteers to co-create solutions that matter. Every project we lead is fueled by youth energy, guided by research, and rooted in our belief that change starts from within our own communities.

We are also change-makers, bridge-builders, and advocates for a more inclusive and sustainable future.

Our Mission

To empower individuals, organizations, and institutions by providing expert consultancy and sustainable implementation solutions that transform financial resources into impactful actions—advancing the social and environmental well-being of society.

Our Vision

To create a just, sustainable, and environmentally conscious society where every investment contributes to meaningful development and lasting positive change.

What We Offer?

Good Health and Well-being
(SDG 3)

With your support, we can empower grassroots healthcare organizations that lack adequate funding to operate effectively. Your CSR can help them reach underserved communities with critical health services and wellness programs.

Quality Education
(SDG 4)

CSR funds can help underprivileged children access primary education by covering basic tuition fees (as low as PKR 2,000–3,000/month) and enhancing the digital and academic infrastructure of low-resource schools—bridging the educational gap where it’s needed most.

Clean Water and Sanitation
(SDG 6)

Your funding can enable the installation of clean water pumps in deprived neighborhoods and support eco-conscious innovations like ablution water recycling systems in mosques, guided by Shariah-compliant practices.

Sustainable Cities and Communities
(SDG 11)

Together, we can green our cities by transforming vacant plots into mini forests and running widespread community campaigns on sustainable urban living—creating healthier and more livable environments for all.

Responsible Consumption and Production
(SDG 12)

Host awareness drives and sustainability workshops at your workplace to promote eco-friendly habits, responsible consumption, and waste reduction—helping shape a cleaner, greener future.

Climate Action (SDG 13) & Life on Land
(SDG 15)

We aim to cultivate a climate-resilient mindset by conducting educational awareness programs on global warming and environmental responsibility. Your support can also restore ecosystems through targeted afforestation in urban and rural areas.

Partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17)

Let’s unite for impact. We facilitate collaboration among like-minded organizations and stakeholders committed to societal and environmental progress—amplifying results through collective action.
